About MC Foundations

MC Foundations is a specially designed four-week program for middle-schoolers aged 11-14. It's a unique opportunity for your child to immerse themselves in the world of hip-hop, learning the art of writing and performing lyrics with depth, creativity, and confidence. Our program offers a deep dive into hip-hop's history, its cultural impact, and the artistry behind lyrical expression.

Our Curriculum

    • Introduction to the origins and evolution of hip-hop

    • Explore the works of iconic and contemporary rap artists

    • Cultivate an appreciation for the genre's lyrical art form

    • Explore personal and societal themes

    • Guide them in developing their unique lyrical style
